We learn about how Nicki got her start in Modeling and the awesome opportunities that have come from over thirteen years of working in the Industry. Many people believe that the Modelling Industry is all glitz and glam but Nicki counters that stereotype by addressing how much hard work is needed to stay at the top from ongoing training to persistent Brand Marketing of yourself. In my conversation with Nicki, I came to realize that mindset and execution are key with Nicki commenting “the agent works for you, not the other way around”highlighting the importance of creating your opportunities to stay at the top of Industry.
