As the Hello Courageous community has grown, I’m being given opportunities to share on other people’s platforms where they are reaching audiences just like this one.  

One such opportunity was where I was recently invited by Amber Jenkins to share with her audience via Facebook live on the Amber Empowers Facebook group.   She wanted me to share about body image and how it affects women. 

Get a pen and paper, we cover a lot of practical insight on how you can appreciate the gift of the beautiful body God gave you, and how to appreciate it as such.

I love talking about this subject, and we had such a good time together that I wanted to share this talk with you.  The audio quality of this interview isn’t so great due to the nature of Facebook Live’s, but I think you’ll still enjoy it.
