For much of my life I didn’t create boundaries and express what I needed, and what I didn’t need. 

This led to resentment. Not just of others, but of myself!

When I realized that my resentment was me abandoning myself, I knew that I wanted to work on this area of my life and take ownership of my feelings and learn to create boundaries. Thanks to the work of Nicole LePera - @the.holistic.psychologist
