While trying to lose weight we recommend that people weigh themselves daily. This often leads people to be very excited on "weight loss days" and very disappointed on "weight gain days". It can certainly be an emotional rollercoaster! Especially when some the weight gain days come multiple days in a row... James gives us some insights into his experience with this and I was quite surprised by some of the data.
