Everyone remembers the old children's rhyme, "sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me"?
It may be been used to comfort hundreds of thousands of children over the years, but the Bible would disagree with that statement.
Words are very powerful and when not carefully measured out, can do immeasurable damage.
Scripture has a lot to say about the power of words, especially in the book of Proverbs. This mesage delves into looking at the power of words throught a scriptureal lens, and encourages us to be thoughtful, not foolish and use our words to speak life!
