Ashley Shepherd graduated from Brigham Young University in Family and Consumer Sciences with an emphasis in secondary education. After teaching high school for a few years, she left teaching behind to launch Shep’s Culinary Creations, a full-service catering company in 2012. With the growth of her company and her love for the wedding industry, she teamed up with Natalie Mabey to build River Bridge Event Center in 2020. Also during COVID, she partnered with Zane and Fallon Hansen in developing recipes and launching BLOX desserts in American Fork. Ashley is the author of Blissful Bites, a recipe book featuring full-size recipes that can be adapted into bite-size portions.
