The possibility of turbo change in these wobbly times encourages us to focus on the only thing that truly radiates (defines) who we are: our inner reality.

• When you knowingly cultivate your inner world, synchronicities appear almost as a way to high-five you.
• Observing the repetitive tapes in our heads, allows us to stop the moment by moment playback of the past, so that we can be in the present moment.
• Our mind is not our knowingness; it's a servant, not an inner authority.
• We no longer have to emulate the masculine and be at war with ourselves. When we embrace the feminine, we learn how to receive and how to become comfortable in the dark and the unknown.
• There's an ebb and flow of our awareness as we evolve. Even if we feel that it's a quiet time for us, there's a lot happening on an energetic level. Think compost pile.
• Self-forgiveness and self-trust are vital practices as we re-member and nurture our inner selves.
