This summit featured 12 expert speakers and we looked at body image and healing the relationships we have with our bodies from a wide variety of angles! There were interviews, workshops, exercises, and more.

In this training, I run through three simple practices you can begin to incorporate in your daily life to help heal your body image.

These three practices are easy, yet when done with intention and on a consistent basis, they can help to reset your relationship with your body and help you step into self love!
