Check out these steps to turning around those times you play the "want but can't" game:
1. Want - You want something, or want to achieve something.
2. Can’t - You tell yourself you can’t do it for various reasons.
3. Won’t - You hold yourself accountable and realize that what you are really saying is you won’t do what needs to be done to get what you want.
4. Can - When you hold yourself accountable by saying I won’t, you give yourself the opportunity to cay I can.
5. Will - When you say you can, it turns into willingness if you really want it. And where there is a "will" there is a way; and from there, you're on your way! Play a smarter game called "I want, can, will." :)
