In our last episode of this series, we explored the character of God as revealed in Exodus 34:6-7, where He describes Himself as "compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness and truth." We traced this idea of lovingkindness, meaning: "loyalty; or faithfulness. God is loyal love. Turning to the New Testament how this same love is revealed in Jesus' teachings. One of the most powerful examples is found in Luke 15:11-32, the parable of the prodigal son.
