This week I am very excited to be joined by one of the founders of the company that champions me being a full time remote nomad. Kris Erickson is a co-founder of Workforce Science Associates, mother, author and native Nebraskan.
Kris grew up in a small town in Nebraska to parents who instilled in her a love of growth, learning and being your best. She started her career during college with the Gallup Organization and Clifton Strengths learning all about what makes people great at what they do and how to get the right person into the right environment to succeed. Her career took her to a few different places but all of them led her to a place where she could take the leap with her business partner to start WSA in 2016
Kris and I talk all about her experience helping organizations craft a great employee experience, the luck and labor of love it was to build an organization using all that knowledge and just how great it is to get to work with people you enjoy doing a job that you are passionate about.
