Hello stars... today I am coming to you live in this first week of Leo Season, a few days before my 27th birthday. Here I reflect on cultivating hope despite struggling through anxiety, depression and working in places that can feel grim. I believe that the cultivation of hope, through patient, community-led efforts is a sure way to loving kindness. This episode felt healing to speak out. I hope you enjoy.
