Tim O'Keefe is the Chief Operating Officer for Cutco Corporation. His path through the company has been an inspirational journey from working on the factory floor to spending time in customer service, helping set up several international operations, and then significant time in labor relations and human resources. Through it all, Tim has learned and applied the principles of people-centric leadership. Now, as COO, Tim is the key link between the Olean-based administrative team and the field-based Vector Marketing sales team.
