What does state of mind have to do with state of skin?

A stressful state of mind certainly has direct physiologic consequences on the health of skin. And there is also much more to discuss when it comes to the psycho-spiritual connections with the skin.

On Medicinal Monday (ep #313) we covered the most common causes of chronic skin conditions like  acne and eczema. Here we talk about the the "emotional causes" or at the very least, "spiritual opportunities" when it comes to healing the skin and expressing our innate radiance.
