On the season three finale, we have the honor to meet Jessie Armstead.

Jessie was born into a military family which caused him to move around a little bit when he was a child, but majority of his childhood was in Cincinnati, OH. Currently, Jessie and his wife live in Cincinnati with their daughter.

Life was not always easy for him but it was not until later in life when he finally realized and understood that it was time to put himself first and that is okay. A lot of us struggle with that issue - but Jessie was able to work through his demons and truly grasp putting himself first.

During this conversation, we dive deep into Jessie’s story. We learn about his struggles and how he learned to stop living for others and start living for himself. Jessie is currently a new account installer at Cintas and is the host of his own podcast called Compassionate Fool.
