In the Ancient world, humility was not seen as a moral good. In fact, the word 'humiliation' is really how they would have heard our word 'humility'.  Yet, today we value humility and dislike a prideful, arrogant person.  So, what happened?  History points to one person: Jesus of Nazareth.  Today, we dive into the story of Jesus embodying his teachings by washing his disciples' feet and consider its implications for today.
