The "shepherding/pastoral" gifting gives Paul the unique ability to cultivate rich dialogue and process life's difficult questions. While he has many stories to share of his journey of learning who God is, who he is, and what that means for his life, he knows God can use any conversation to do "abundantly more" than simply telling his stories.
Paul enjoys sharing what it means to take crazy steps of faith, persevere through hardship, and hold firm to the belief that "God is God and God is good", no matter the circumstances.
