申请马耳他签证导致拒签的几种原因

1.       A false/counterfeit/forged travel document was presented.

提供伪造的旅行证件。

2.       Justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not provided.
赴马耳他的动机不清。

3.       An alert has been issued in the Schengen Information System (SIS) for period on the territory of the Member State on the Basis of a uniform visa or a visa with limited territorial validity.

在欧盟申根成员国申根警示名单中，被限制出入境者。

4.    You have already stayed for three months during the current six-month period on the territory of the member state on the basis of a uniform visa or visa with limited territorial validity.
在申根国6个月期间，已经呆满3个月了，同时签证是领土效力有限的签证（签证不是申根签证）。

5.     You have not provided proof of sufficient means of subsistence, for the duration of the intended stay of for the return to country of origin of residence, or for the transit to a third country of is not in a position to acquire such means lawfully.

资金证明不充足，或在境外无法使用自己在原籍国的资金。

6.   Proof of holding an adequate and valid travel medical insurance was not provided.

没有提供适当和有效的旅行医疗保险的证明。

7.   The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable.
提供的材料有可靠。

8.  Sufficient proof that you have not been in a position to apply for a visa in advance, justifying application for a visa at the border, was not provided.
没有提供足够的证据证明你没有提前申请签证，并证明在边境申请签证是合理的。

9.  Your intention to leave the territory of the member states before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained.

无法确定在签证到期前会离开申根国领土，意思是有非法滞留的倾向。

10.   One or more member state/s consider you to be a threat to public policy internal security, public health as defined in Article 2(19) of regulation(EC)No 562/ (Schengen Borders Code) or the international relations of one or more of the member states.
申根国一个或多个把你列为对公共秩序、政策、内容安全、卫生构成危胁的。

Applicant may appeal against such a decision to the immigration appeals board. Appeals have to be submitted in the English Language within 15 working days of notification. Date of Notification is deemed to be the dates stamped on the envelope handed to the applicant are requested to provide the original envelope and any other supporting documents to substantiate the claim. All documents are being certified as true copies of the original by a Lawyer or Notary public or other official at the embassy/high commission of Malta.
