Moved by the death of George Floyd and the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, Aisie resigned from a post working in finance to set up her own business in a bid to encourage other black women into the autonomy of being independent business women. The overall focus is to present to listeners a kaleidoscope of experiences about what it is to be a woman in 2023 - discovering through adversity, sometimes tragedy, always trials and triumph, a toolkit of true-life stories which offer a guiding light to act as a catalyst along a pathway toward self-identity, empowerment, and hope.
