I still have nightmares about grading!  Where is my red pen? Did my dog eat my grading pile?  Why are the parents mad at me?

Teachers do not come out of university systems with a deep knowledge of how to grade, what to grade, when to grade or even why to grade and this can be a problem.

Grading is a huge part of the job and it can be incredibly stressful.
