Buddha Blog English Podcast Episode 32
Hello and welcome to Buddha Blog, the Buddhist podcast.
Your show for Buddhist topics, mindfulness and meditation.
I am Shaolin Rainer, and I am very happy that you are here.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce this project to you. I dream of a world where the values and contents of Buddhist philosophy are as natural as eating or drinking.
That's why I started this podcast.
Buddhism in everyday life - Mindfulness in every day actions
Please also download my app "Buddha-Blog English" from the Apple and Android stores.
This podcast is largely funded by its listeners. I would be happy to welcome you as a supporter as well. Thank you to everyone who supports Buddha Blog in their own way.
Contents of the podcast:
1-The lottery win
2-The emergency
3-Contemplate every breath
4-Buddhism and the Flag Part 2
5-Saying goodbye6-Beginning part 2
7-Immersion in Buddha Nature
8-Beginning Part 3
Buddha taught his disciples to regard breathing as the centre of meditative contemplation.
If you really want to arrive in the now, in the here and now, you can't avoid the fact that you also have to occupy yourself with your breathing, to look at every breath, to evaluate it and to consider why it might be different from the last one.
If you breathe mindfully, you will quickly realise that no two breaths are the same, they are all special, they all have their characteristics, they all depend on many factors.
Everyone knows that our breathing is different when we are anxious, when we are excited, when we are hungry or simply "out of breath". But even small things have an influence on our breathing, show us how it looks in our mind palace, what our emotional state is, what emotions are spreading inside us.
