Actor and certified Ripped Guy Mike Schiff stops by to visit Mayor Ashley in her office when local dog correctional officer Earl Merl (played by Trevor Kravits) pops his head in. Earl explains the storied life he's led that brought him to his current career, Mike gets passionate about the 3-1 dog to human ratio in Palsville, and Mayor Ashley gets a Shakespearian surprise.
