Eldra Jackson III is the Co-Director of Inside Circle. At age 19, he was sent to prison with a life sentence. It was there that he began the inner personal journey that eventually led to his early release in 2014.

A living example of successful rehabilitation and re-entry, Eldra is dedicated to serving at-risk youth with organizations such as Youth Empowerment and Goals Association, Shoulder to Shoulder, and the Alternatives to Violence Project.
