It’s been 3 weeks since my last solo episode. Let me tell you I’ve missed you. There’s no segment in this episode that is basically me pouring my heart out about mental health and growth. I have to be open and honest about who I am and who I am becoming and am I in the right direction!? When you work on yourself it is a very hard time. But it’s completely worth it to see who comes out at the other end. When we talk about mental health we must understand that when someone does something wrong we still have to hold them accountable. Because hurt people hurt people. Having a mental illness doesn’t mean you get to hurt others in the process.
