Jeny Dawson is the founder of Zen Soul Balance a sound healing, meditation, and yoga Yin Yoga business based out of La Jolla, CA. A year before publishing this she left her corporate work at I Heart Radio where she had been for over a decade to commit full time to her passion for bringing sound healing and yin yoga to others.
