The power of prayer is incredible and fruitful. God calls us to pray continuously as well as set an example for our children. 1 Timothy 2:1 says "First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people." (ESV) Paul tells us that we are to pray on behalf of others just as the Lord has set up the Holy Spirit to do for us. Romans 8:26 assures us that "likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groaning too deep for words." I think that is amazing. If God has given us the Holy Spirit to do that for us, we need to also pay it forward toward our fellow man. Let's use this priceless gift to offer the power of prayer to others by lifting them up to the One who knows all. Come dive into more detail about this with biblical examples in this podcast.
