Hello and welcome to the unleashed Podcast, I am your host Kristina Sjolund, and today is going to get a little bit uncomfortable. Either you're going to love me or hate me after this recording. I woke up in the middle of the night, and I almost came in to record, I was like, Oh, I know that I'll wake others up. It was 2:30 in the morning, and I laid there in bed and I was writing notes, I had to go downstairs and write notes because I didn't want to wake my guy up, and I'm like, these things have been eating at me, we are business people, we are entrepreneurs, we make our livelihood in business.

Does this make sense?

I don't want to feel or sound weird or anything like that, but I know that each and every person who's listening to this podcast is probably, if they're not feeling the way that I feel now, they probably have, or they're going to feel validated. If you don't, and you disagree with me, that's totally okay. I'm used to that, and it's okay. But, we're at a time in our world, and we've talked about this before, we're in a crazy time, I get it, It's different now. It's getting really tense, and we've always been told you gotta be careful what you post on social media because it'll hurt your business.

Are you tired of that? Because here's where I'm at. We are where we're at, because we have been silenced. If you are a business person, if you're a business owner, or even if you're a sales person and you depend on sales for your livelihood, you are silenced. But you know what? Your voice matters.
