Phoenix is fed up with having to do all the bullshit that comes along with managing his stand-up/acting career so he decides to call his agent, Teddy Winchester (who claims to be one of the best) and ask him why the fuck he isn't doing any of it. Teddy then pitches Jack And Jill 2 to Phoenix and it gets weird from there.
