Jenny Reader grew up in the countryside of Somerset, England listening to a wide array of musical genres. She started out writing "screamers" for a teen magazine and then embarked into band branding and storytelling at Victory Records which eventually led her to Fearless Records. She is one of the only women to hold the position of Co-President & CCO at a music label and she believes hard work, determination and not comparing yourself to a man is the key to her success.
