5 years ago Jeremy and I met in a Grappling Industries competition and it’s been great to see his progression as both an athlete and as a teacher in the sport.

We discuss his journey, his broad approach to developing his skills and understanding in jiu jitsu and teaching.  I think there are some great parallels to questioning your assumptions in grappling to questioning your processes in life / business!
