Michael is a father, brother, son and owner of Newnation Martial arts and Fitness gym and Annihilation Fight series in Mt Isa. 

We sit down and chat all things about his childhood to being one of the youngest team leaders in an overseas FIFO role. 

How he succeeded to juggle, work, family and professional fighting. Becoming a father and now business owner. 

He reveals how martial arts and fitness has always been a way to express himself. 

He now uses Muay Thai and fitness to allow other people to express themselves.
