Mushfiqa Monica Jamaluddin is an Embodied Futures Researcher and Leadership Coach whose curiosity and sincerity are as invaluable as her perspicacity. Her clients have called her their trusted advisor, vision-holder, and midwife for their dreams, but she thinks of herself simply as a partner in exploration.
She is fascinated by relationality: how the ways we relate – to ourselves, to others, and to our environments – can shape, heal, and expand us. Her work is guided by her core desire to move the needle on a world that operates from fear, scarcity and contraction to one that operates from love, enoughness, and expansion.
Mushfiqa has supported clients in getting clear on their greatest visions and bringing them to life, and in the process stepping into their fullest expression as leaders across all domains of life. She does this through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and workshops that support individuals and organizations navigate interpersonal challenges, manage in times of transition, and create space for integration. Her work as a futurist informs her coaching practice; she believes that taking the long view of time allows us to reclaim agency, build resiliency, and expand possibilities in the face of uncertainty and change.
Additionally, I’ll be donating to and raising awareness for the charity or organization of my guest’s choice with each episode now. This episode, the charity is the Loveland Foundation. Any and all donations make a difference!
