Problems that you may or may not see. It is hard to know what is going on in someone's life. Please reach out if you have felt like you hit rock bottom and you feel hopeless and scared. You can't turn back time. Tell your mom and dad you love them even after a fight. Make sure your friends are okay and that they are not alone.
