In this episode, I sat down and chatted with Sam Thana and Makayla Samountry. We talked about the why vulnerability is important and reasons why they share their stories. 

It's easier telling people that it's important to be vulnerable than doing it yourself. Over the last few months, I've noticed it's been harder for me to share stories and experiences on any of my platforms. It could be because of the break so I wasn't used to sharing so much or it could be something else. Whatever it is, it was making it hard to talk about certain lessons and share stories behind them.  After this conversation I was reminded the benefits of sharing your personal stories with others.
