Sanibel’s essays have been published in New York Magazine, ELLE, and Air Mail. Her debut novel To Have and Have More will be published by 8th Note Press in fall/winter 2024. She lives in Greenwich Village and is currently working on a satirical reimagining of the Odyssey from Athena's Point of view.
