By now, it should come as no surprise to hear me preach about vulnerability. But how does one start the process of becoming vulnerable and being more transparent? Kevin & I sit down to discuss exactly that. We go over our individual timelines as to how & when the process started for us. Kevin is a therapist as well, so we discussed what it’s like to feel societal pressures from the ages of 25-35, which is primarily his clientele.
