Denis Petrovcic is the co-founder and CEO of Blocksquare, leading a team building infrastructure that transforms real estate into borderless tokenized assets. Since 2018, Blocksquare’s protocol has tokenized over $200M of property across 20+ countries, and through Oceanpoint it enables instant, DeFi-native secondary-market liquidity within a framework designed to reassure regulators and investors alike. A serial founder in hospitality, e-commerce, and energy tech, Petrovcic discovered Ethereum in 2016 and became convinced that the future of real-estate finance is on-chain. He now focuses on product architecture, capital strategy, and policy design, while also serving on the board of FIBREE to help advance global standards for real-world-asset tokenization.
