I first caught wind of Margaret when I read an article she wrote titled Why Seattle Builds Apartments But Vancouver BC Builds Condos. It’s all about how Seattle managed to incentivize the building of rental apartments, while Vancouver has continued to incentivize the building of condos to purchase.
