In this week's solo episode, I discuss the importance of investing in oneself for both personal and professional growth. I share some life updates as examples of ways I am currently investing in myself and my business. I share the decision-making that led to this investment as well. I place a lot of emphasis on receiving coaching of some kind, accessing some type of healing modality, and doing some kind of self-reflection -- ultimately all of this combined leads to significant personal and professional growth and directly impacts your health/well-being at the same time.
