I charge $30-$45,000 for my intensive planning engagements and $15,000 to be a retained business advisor in 6-month stints. The size and complexity of the business determine the final fee.

Note: At this time, I generally don't work with startups selling less than $1M in annual trailing revenue, with the exception of founders who are members of historically under-represented groups in the industry. I only provide referrals to existing or prior clients to ensure mutual fit and quality outcomes for both parties.
