Today we are spending time with Coach Justin Crow. He took over in his first ever Athletic Director/ Head Football Coach role in 2022 at Elysian Fields ISD. Today Coach goes over some of the challenges he faced as a first year head coach, the lessons that the kids learned after a hard season, and what it looks like to build player-lead teams vs coach-lead teams.
