In this teaching, we move beyond defining joy and begin learning how to live from it. Joy is not an emotion to manufacture, but the fruit of union with God — the shift from God with us to Christ in us. When joy feels distant, it has not disappeared; our awareness has drifted. This episode is an invitation to return to the deep well, remember you are the joy set before Him, and learn how joy becomes a place we live from in everyday life.
