Did you know that when I first started coaching, I was only charging $25/hr. Now, with minimum wage in Alabama being $7.25, I thought I was doing something. However, I realized I was doing the least for myself and the most for everyone else. It was not sustainable given the value I was providing. So often, we lack the resources and confidence to properly price for our services. We want to be affordable because we think that will increase the number of clients we receive. But remember, you want quality, not quantity.
