33. Body image, diet culture, and loving yourself through improvements to your health

This was a difficult topic for me to touch on. I've recorded a few of these episodes and never released them. There is SO much judgement around body weight, body image, the way you approach your diet or exercise routine and more. 

That being said, I think there are a lot of people who will resonate with today's episode so I promised myself that I'd realease it for you. 

Tune in to learn a bit more about my relationship with my body. What I've done wrong in the past, and what I'm actively doing now to unlearn everything that diet culture has taught me. 

I believe you CAN love yourself and want to make changes to improve yourself at the same time. You CANNOT hate yourself all the way to your goal weight!
