Carroll Dey, a proud Washingtonian of 40 years, embarked on her journey from Rumson, New Jersey, to study business and performing arts at American University. Her experiences at the Kennedy Center and National Endowment, alongside a stint in the wine industry, ignited her passion for winemaking and global exploration.

Transitioning into real estate, she flourished at Pardoe Real Estate before joining TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, now a key leader in the Washington Metropolitan Region.
