"Comparison is the thief of joy" is the core idea that comparing ourselves to others takes away our joy. When we always compare our achievements, looks, or progress to others, we end up feeling unhappy. This constant comparison makes us envious, doubtful, and never satisfied. To truly be happy, it's important to focus on our own path, appreciate our own qualities, and be grateful for what we have instead of always seeking validation from others. In today's episode, I opened up about my experience with this and how I've navigated it in the past couple of years of my life.
