This special bonus episode is close to our hearts and very personal. This evening 15th February 2020, the death by suicide of Caroline Flack has spurred us as a family to create our movement.

We wanted to share our experiences to hopefully help make a difference,get others to seek help, find support, share experiences through caring and talking about the reality of suicide.

We have sat, listened, seen, and read over the years about suicide experiences and many sadly, very public deaths and never spoken up. We can't do that anymore we have to help.

Dave introduces Debbie as our guest with special guests our daughters who have experienced death by suicide as their father, and Debbie's husband Peter died by suicide. The loss even now after 25 years is impactful, and every suicide we hear about has a direct influence.

This episode shares their experience, and how they want to make a difference, with other guests from others experiences science, support groups and much more.
