During this episode, we talk with Dr. Ramone Alexander, the first and current Director of Inclusivity and Community Building. After receiving a bachelor's degree in psychology from Columbia and a doctorate in medicine from UB, he came to Nichols in 2016 and taught Algebra. Dr. Alexander talks about the meaning and impact of his work at Nichols and also gives us some life skills and advice for people all around. Another thing discussed are the favorite hobbies of Dr. Alexander, cooking and playing golf, which he dives deep into and why he enjoys them.
