About Danijela:
Danijela Kandera is the owner and creative mind behind Empowering Portraits, a portrait studio she founded with her husband Yagil. Their passion for animals combined with their love for photography and capturing meaningful moments lead to the creation of a premium pet portrait studio in Miami eight years ago, making the unconditional love timeless for so many people and their pets.
 
Throughout the years Danijela's passion has expanded to photographing women, through contemporary and magazine style portraits, with the mission of empowering women to embrace self-love and their beauty. Since moving to St. Louis three years ago, Danijela had joined a worldwide movement of photographers who want to celebrate women over the age of 40 to create experiences that boost confidence and make them feel what we all see -That they are beautiful and worthy - As all women are, regardless of their age. 
 
Empowering Portraits studio loft is located in downtown St. Louis. We create fun, stress-free and luxury feel experiences, inclusive of makeup and wardrobe styling for women celebrating their lives, their professional journeys, as well as those they love most, two and four legged.
