For this story, we're going back to 2012 in Victoria, British Columbia, where Emma Fillipoff was starting a new life for herself in a brand new city. But after arriving in Victoria, things took a drastic turn. Without a stable living situation, or a job lined up, Emma had a lot to deal with on her own. But still she remained in good spirits. Until she was spotted outside the famous Empress hotel, shoeless and scared on a cold November night. After that, she disappeared.
